Red Slaw
Ingredients:
6 cups fresh red cabbage, thinly shreddedCombine all ingredients, mix well. Put in serving dish, if desired. Cover and chill 2 hours. Retoss before serving.
1 cup fresh red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup dried tart-red cherries
Dressing: ½ cup Annie's gluten-free Raspberry Viniagrette
1 Tbsp natural raspberry preserves
